Crash Replacement and Warranty

I get it. Sometimes things happen. Potholes, cased landings, stick in the wheel, sharp rocks? I’m here to do what I can to take care of you when these things do happen.

All wheels from Stoic Wheels are covered by all manufacturers warranties. All wheels from Stoic Wheels come with two years of free spoke replacement regardless of how you broke them. As far as I know right now, Stans are the only rims with any kind of crash replacement, and I will back it up as well. All new Stans MK4 rims will be backed with 1 year, 50% off MSRP crash replacement. This does not include shipping, spokes and nipples(if necessary), or labor costs.

Stoic Wheels carbon rims will be backed by a lifetime free crash replacement policy for the original purchaser. This does not include shipping, spokes and nipples(if necessary), or labor costs. It does not cover misuse. Don’t get the Swift Trail rims for your downhill bike, don’t modify them, etc.

Crash replacement does not cover theft, melting from exhaust, superficial marking, falling off your rack, driving them into your garage, or rims with modified or removed serial numbers. I’m sure there are more things I’ll see during the process, but please keep in mind that this is a small business, and I am trying to make good carbon rims more affordable by not pricing in replacement costs. I’ll promise to keep in mind that your purchase supports my small business, and I will treat this process fairly.
